Drat, the link is there, now I gotta put my prims away........you got lucky this time Stuart.....

Gomem, we have something in common, because I used to take stuff apart when I was a kid too. I remember getting in trouble when I was like 8 years old when I went into the neighbors shed and took apart the thermostat on some old heater.

Was interesting to hear about the Metanomics show, if you haven't yet you should look at my blog post about Dr Dobbs island, they put on some really good technical talks each week.

Yxes, was that "not going to do a tour of an island, tour of a sim" a crack on my comments on the past couple of shows? ;) Honestly, I prefer it when you describe it after the fact like you did here, but the occasional tour of a sim would certainly work, I just don't think you're as entertaining when you do them.

Is it pronounced like Avalon, it's spelled Avilion and I always wondered if the pronunciation was the same.

Don't feel so bad Yxes, I've accidentally taken pieces of my skybox on accident, even deleted them, but I'm clicking challenged. Was a bit silly to size the box to the gift, lol.

lol, the cash/cache bit is funny. (am listening as I type this)

Well Stuart, a Linden might not have lag on a server based in San Fransisco where their offices are, but a sim on a Dallas server would probably be just as laggy for them as for anyone else. Unless they have some sort of direct connection to the Dallas server farm. I imagine the server farm in San Fransisco is directly connected to the one in Dallas, but then again, seems like when you cross a sim border between a SanFran sim and a Dallas sim, it's a little more apt to have issues. Though I suspect they are less laggy simply because they have decent hardware upon which to run SL.

Ooh, a rumor........but I don't think Crap is fake gomem, I think that Gomem is fake Gomem.....

Lol, Crap does know how to get people to talk.

Hmmm, why am I not a member of the podmafia group? Could it be........I have 25 groups, I suppose I ought to go find one I can delete. Stupid limit.

lol, great ending........and great show.
