ARRRRGH!!!!! It’s not being picked up by iTunes!!!!!!
Guys, your feed appears to be broken, I’ve tried deleting and re-adding through iTunes as well as using the RSS feed and it’s not picking up the podcast. I did download and listen to it, but that kinda defeats the purpose.
Good show, though, gotta go visit the NASA stuff. I would urge you not to do away with the podmafia.com website, personally I think it’s important to maintain a site for the individual podcast. I know you want to push the network, but I don’t think it’s a good idea to get rid of podmafia.com.
An idea for a new video podcast for you Stuart, how about a Demolition With Warf podcast with weekly videos of your physics “experiments”.
Yes, I believe there are hospitals in SL, I recall reading about there being one set up for training of real life nurses. I know, not exactly what you meant, but it’s kinda cool anyhow.
I think I have the Podmafia disease myself. The discussion of disease in SL begs the question, could a SL “disease” be created and spread using LSL scripting? How about the “superdance’ gesture which warps your avatar, is that a disease? (I have a cure for that one, btw)
What do I do in Second Life? The answer to that question could be quite involved, I go to a variety of clubs to dance and chat with friends, I go to an event on Saturday (and Thursday) nights called Drama Libre which is a themed costume dance/party of sorts which is great fun, it is put on by Xerxes Sismondi and Peachy Sassoon. I go to building classes put on by Tui and NCI. I have a building/landscaping project that I’m doing. I like to go exploring and investigating new places in SL. When I have a chance, I go to the GridTalks done by Information Week in world on Tuesdays and Fridays (if I recall correctly). I managed to attend open mike on Los Arboles this last Monday, which was way cool so I’ll likely do that often. Occasionally I’ll even go shopping for clothing. I suppose I could run on like this for a bit more, but those are the highlights.
Again, it was a great show even if it was a pain to get to where I could actually listen to it.
